These Terms describe the rules for using Creator Lab OS, a creator operations dashboard for managing, scheduling, publishing, and analyzing content across connected platforms.
Creator Lab OS is provided to help users organize creator workflows, including ideas, scripts, assets, content calendars, platform accounts, publishing actions, and performance analytics. You are responsible for the content, assets, captions, and publishing choices you create or submit through the app.
You may connect supported platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok through OAuth. Creator Lab OS will only request platform permissions after you approve the platform consent screen. You must follow each platform's terms, developer policies, and content rules when using connected features.
Publishing features are intended to post or schedule content only with your authorization and only when platform credentials, OAuth permissions, and platform approval requirements are satisfied. Creator Lab OS does not guarantee that any platform will accept, publish, distribute, or keep content available.
You are responsible for keeping your Creator Lab OS account secure. OAuth tokens are handled server-side and stored securely/encrypted where configured. Do not share your login credentials or grant access to people who should not manage your creator accounts.
You can disconnect platform accounts from the Account Manager at any time. After disconnection, Creator Lab OS will no longer use that connection for publishing or platform actions unless you reconnect it.
Creator Lab OS depends on third-party platform APIs and their approval, rate limits, policies, and availability. Some features may be unavailable if a platform changes its API, rejects a request, requires app review, or if credentials are missing or expired.
