Data Deletion Instructions

Creator Lab OS gives users control over connected platform accounts and stored workspace data. This page explains how to disconnect accounts and request deletion of Creator Lab OS data.

Disconnect connected accounts

You can disconnect YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other connected platform accounts inside Creator Lab OS from the Account Manager. Disconnecting removes the active platform connection and stops future platform actions from Creator Lab OS unless you reconnect the account.

Request account or workspace deletion

To request deletion of your Creator Lab OS account data, workspace data, content items, assets, publishing logs, platform account metadata, or connected-account records, email bhaktiwithrenu@gmail.com with the subject line 'Creator Lab OS Data Deletion Request'.

What to include

Please include the email address used for Creator Lab OS and specify whether you want all workspace data deleted or only data related to a specific connected platform account. We may need to verify that you own or control the account before deletion.

OAuth tokens and platform metadata

When a deletion request is verified, Creator Lab OS will delete stored OAuth token records, connected platform metadata, and related publishing records from our systems where applicable. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed in the frontend.

Platform-side data

Creator Lab OS can delete data stored in its own systems. If you also want to remove data directly from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Google, or another platform, you may need to use that platform's own account settings and privacy tools.
